KBK Group conducted a Nanobubbles Generator Device Machine test at IARI, New Delhi. The tests were conducted under the able guidance of our esteemed Technical Consultant – Dr. Ravinder Kaur (FNESA, Fulbright Fellow, IHELP Fellow, ICAR National Fellow, SEE Fellow). The sole purpose of the test was for evaluating the effectiveness of the Indigenous Nano Bubbles Device developed by KBK Group for treating waste water for various agriculture applications.

Hereby, we have the test details and final report from our Technical Consultants.

Summary of the Test from our Technical Consultant

It may be observed from that the experimentations were started on 10-12-2019 with an initial treated effluent BOD value of 58 to 98 ppm which after its nano-bubbling through your equipment could be brought down to 30-60 ppm in about 3 days and be further reduced and stabilized to about 20 to 38 ppm (on 2-1-2020) i.e. in about 20 days.

From these observations it seems clear that the system is capable of reducing the BOD of the subject (static) treated effluent pond water (i.e. with no periodic topping up with fresh high BOD waters) by atleast 50% in about 3 days duration.

Hence, it appears that the nano-bubbler technology may be recommended for effective organic pollutant load reduction, in integration with other conventional/ non-conventional wastewater treatment technologies.
